Terms of Service
By placing an order, you agree to the following policies.

Order & Pickup
You are responsible for picking up your order on the selected date and time. As our products are perishable, unclaimed orders will be held for up to 2 days unless otherwise arranged.

Once your order has left our shop, we are not responsible for any damage. Please handle all cakes and desserts with care and refer to our Cake Care guide for best practices.

Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
All orders are final.
​
Changes or cancellations may be requested with at least 72 hours notice and are subject to availability.
​
Approved cancellations will incur a minimum 10% administrative fee. Additional charges may apply if preparation has already begun.
​
Orders may be rescheduled once with at least 7 days notice and must be used within 2 months of the original date.
​
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us promptly. Claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may require the product to be returned. Once a product has been cut or consumed, it is considered accepted.

Product Care & Responsibility
Cakes and desserts are sensitive to heat and environmental conditions.

We are not responsible for damage caused by:

heat or sunlight
-
outdoor exposure
-
transportation after pickup
-
insects, debris, or uneven surfaces
Proper storage and handling is the customer’s responsibility.
Design & Product Variations
All products are handcrafted and may vary slightly from photos. We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to ensure the best final result.

Safety Notice
Some decorations may include non-edible elements such as toppers or supports and may pose a choking hazard.
​
Please remove all non-edible items before serving and supervise children accordingly.
​
Photos & Marketing
We may photograph and share our work for marketing and promotional purposes, including on our website and social media.
​
General
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.
