Pick-up Waiver

You are responsible to pick-up your order on the date arranged. As items are perishable please advise us if you are unable to retrieve your order. We will only store unretrieved orders for 2 days of the order date, unless otherwise arranged. We are not responsible for any damage to cakes or other desserts once it has left our supervision. Please view our tips on transporting cakes in our 'Commonly Asked' section. We will not replace or refund damaged cakes and desserts, so please always handle them with care!

Delivery Waiver

You are responsible to provide the correct delivery address, email and any other contact information. Please ensure information is accurate by checking your order confirmation. You must be on site to receive your package and we will do our best to contact you once your order has arrived. In the case we are unable to reach you, we will leave your order in a secure spot near the door, however in extreme weather conditions  we will use our discretion. We are not responsible for any stolen or damaged orders once it has left our supervision. We will not replace or refund your order, so please be home within the arranged time frame and retrieve your package promptly!

Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. However we will review any requests on a case by case basis. You may be required to return the order so we can examine the claim. Please know once your cake is sliced and served it will be deemed satisfactory for the event intended. In the case we are unable to accommodate your order for any reason you will be refunded.

 

We reserve the right to refuse service and cancel your order at any time for any reason; including but not limited to rude, disrespectful or inappropriate behaviour.

Cancellation refunds are not offered. If the event is rescheduled with a minimum of 2 weeks notice, your order can be transferred to the new date, subject to availability, and expires within two months of the original date. If custom purchasing has begun for your order, refunds, order changes or transfers may not be applicable.

Heat and Outdoor Events

Cakes and desserts are made with ingredients that will melt when it is hot. We do not recommend cakes and desserts be left outdoors or in warm areas. If you have chosen to have your cakes/desserts displayed in direct sunlight, in an outdoor area, or in an area without air-conditioning, we are not responsible for damage, including: melting, debris from wind, insects or un-level ground, or any other effect of the chosen environment.

Choking Hazard Warning

Please be advised cake decorations such as toys, can pose a choking hazard. Please supervise children and remove all toys and toppers before consuming cake. It is your responsibility to prepare cakes and desserts before serving and ensure food safety.

Artist License Disclaimer

Every cake is subject to artistic interpretation and is handcrafted, therefore may vary slightly from the original image. We reserve the right to make changes to the design at any point in the process, without consultation, to benefit the overall aesthetic as seen fit by our cake decorators.

Photos

We reserve the right to use any photographs and videos of our products for display or promotional uses without client compensation or permission.
